REGISTRATION FORM FOR THE ABUJA JOB FAIR 2019
- Please register LATEST by 25th September 2019 to secure a booth at the Abuja Job Fair 2019.
- You are requested to be present at the fairgrounds a day before the fair (Oct 9, 2019 between 12pm – 4 pm) to set up your stand (promotional materials, sticker, etc). Setting up the booth on the day of the fair itself will NOT be possible.
- You are requested to be at the fair on October 10, 2019 itself no later than 8:30 am.
- Please note: The Abuja Job Fair 2019 is not a product sales fair. Participating companies will not be permitted to sell products at the fair.
- Acceptance of your registration will be confirmed via email after reviewing of your signed registration form and acceptance is non-transferable.
- Our written confirmation to you after receipt of this registration constitutes conclusion of an exhibition agreement between us.
- We may withdraw acceptance if it was given on the basis of fraud and misrepresentation of information from you
- After acceptance no cancellation of the stand on the part of the exhibitor shall be permitted.
- In exceptional circumstances beyond our control we have the right to postpone the Abuja Job fair 2019, to curtail or prolong it, to close it for certain periods, to close it completely or in part, or to cancel it.
|PRE-JOB FAIR MEETING WITH PARTICIPATING COMPANIES:

The Pre-Job Fair meeting with participating companies will give you the chance to network with other exhibitors. The meeting will provide you with all information you need for a smooth and successful participation at the Abuja Job Fair 2019.
